2. Flexibility ( Sit and Reach)
3. Aerobic Cardiac Fitness ( Treadmill)
4. Upper limb Endurance ( Push-up)
5. Lower limb Endurance ( Squat )
6. Core Abdominal Power ( Sit-up )
Note : All result for above test will be categorize by certain level depend on fitness level.
